**Technical Support Engineer | Remote | Full Time | £30,000 To £45,000 (overtime/on-call available)**

You will join our small but expanding team and help us remotely maintain our cloud infrastructure and customer systems.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- Proven experience in delivering and maintaining operations and technical support services within the software/IT industry.
- Working knowledge of Azure, Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD
- In-depth knowledge of IT processes and the Healthcare sector
- Experience in systems involving endoscopy management and reporting would be hugely beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask several issues and projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience in developing standard operating procedures for operations and technical support.e.g. ITIL Certification or Equivalent

**What will your role as a Technical Support Engineer look like?**
- Research customers’ technical issues in a timely manner and follow up with recommendations and action plans
- Deploy and upgrade our software to our cloud infrastructure on behalf of customers
- Contribute and utilize internal technical expertise, including development engineers, knowledge base, and other internal tools to provide the most effective solutions to customer issues
- Create knowledge base content and systems to capture new learning for reuse throughout the company and user base
- Lead technical communications within the team to share best practices and knowledge
- Provide well-thought-out and reliable direction, both in technical and non-technical terms, to help customers integrate, deploy and maintain the MEDILOGIK service
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution
- Collect information and document bugs for product issues that are impacting customers
- Contribute to the operational systems, processes and support policies to aid better contract monitoring and management reporting
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices for the implementation, operation and support of a web-based clinical system
- Identify process improvement and modifications to develop strategies, increase efficiency, and improve on existing company objectives
