We are looking for a motivated individual to provide a full Secretarial for the medical team for Adult Community Mental Health Team, based in Hemel Hempstead

All applicants must have minimum 2 years secretarial/administrative experience and contribute to the values of HPFT - WELCOMING, KIND, CARING, RESPECTFUL and PROFESSIONAL.
- Full secretarial service to the Clinical team, including administrative support to Consultant Psychiatrists and Team.
- Excellent record keeping, note taking.
- Excellent typing/document editing skills.
- Paris electronic patient records database (full training will be given)
- Microsoft Office package
- Dictation system - full training will be given
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask meeting notes with other secretarial duties.
- The post holder will be required to work as part of a larger admin team and support other secretaries’ workloads during times of absence. Some telephone duties are required
- To be able to work independently, using own initiative and undertake non-routine duties without direct supervision, working within broad procedural guidelines.
