**Duties**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children to thrive.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and well-being.
- Manage daily routines and transitions within the nursery setting.
- Drive continuous improvement in teaching practices and learning outcomes.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills within the nursery team.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
- Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate colleagues.
- Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and behaviour.
