**The main duties of the Assistant Buyer will be**: - Actively looking for suppliers and researching the market for new products.
- Analyse current supplier prices and look to negotiate better terms with current and new suppliers.
- Liaise with supply chain teams managing logistic issues and returns.
- Work closely with the R&D teams and manage new product development projects.
- Maintain purchasing database.

**The Successful Buyer must have the following skills**: - A Strong negotiator with excellent communication skills.
- Good account manager who can manage their own workload.
- Excellent IT and research skills.
