**Approx Salary: £90,000 - £115,000 + Additional benefits.**

The role will be focused on how the bank captures and uses Customer and Product data in the bank. In particular focusing on regulatory requirements to support TCF and Customer Duty, whilst also including 360 view of Customer and Customer experience initiatives.This role would suit someone with a solid data background, having led data quality and/or data governance teams, developing and embedding frameworks and principles to enable measurement and prioritisation of data quality initiatives. An understanding of differentdata structures, hierarchies and ability to simplify for appropriate audiences and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in data quality, data governance or data management within Financial Services.
- Demonstrate proficiency using Excel and ideally SQL experience to source, analyse, normalise and process data for quality validations
- Strong knowledge and understanding of master data elements and processes
- Experience and/or knowledge of data quality and lineage tools: Collibra, Informatica, IBM MDM etc.
- Experience creating and using data models and data definitions
- Experience of resolving data quality issues and data governance in the financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree (in computer science, information technology or engineering) or equivalent experience and/or data quality certification.
