Citidwell is an innovative sales, lettings and property management company based in London. They specialise in commercial property both in disposals and acquisitions. They act for both landlords and tenants in the marketing, management and acquisition of business premises.

**WHAT will I get from working with Citidwell?**
- **EARN**: £6.40 per hour (reviewed after probation), 40 hours per week
- **EXPERIENCE- your hours**: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
- **QUALIFICATION**: Housing & Property Management Level 3 takes approximately 18 months.

**WHAT will my DAY look like?**

You will be part of the Asset Management team and supporting the Junior Asset Manager. Your daily tasks will include:

- Maximising profitability and reducing costs
- Conducting market research
- Advertising commercial and residential properties and managing social media presence
- Maintaining database and property records
- Property inspections and valuations
- Rent reviews
- Liaising with solicitors
- Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.

**HOW does the Apprenticeship Work?**

Working towards your **Housing & Property Management Level 3** Qualification, you’ll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month - NO classroom OR college) with your tutor and learn about modules including _**decision making & collaborative working, housing legislation, tenancy types, and more**_ You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace, during working hours.

**WHAT skills/qualifications do I NEED?**
- Minimum GRADE 4/C in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English
- UK Residency - must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
- Some office/admin experience
- Strong interest in commercial real estate or property management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
