We are professional, agile, professional and our goal is to increase the restaurant offering within the Dursley town centre; therefore, we have developed a new and exciting establishment, with which shall only compliment the town. In addition to the main restaurant setting, we are shortly to open a new bar adjacent. Our work environment includes:

Applicants must be over 18 for licensing reasons and also have previous experience within Hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent guest service by taking orders and serving beverages in a timely and friendly manner
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and efficient order delivery
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest questions accurately

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety practices and willingness to follow all health code regulations
