**Role Overview**

We are looking for an proactive Operations Delivery Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth delivery of projects. This role requires strong organisational skills, leadership, and the ability to adapt to dynamic project needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Plan and allocate resources, including staff, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor and manage project schedules, addressing challenges as they arise.
- Liaise with clients, teams, and management to maintain clear communication.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Keep accurate records of progress, resources, and outcomes.

Training will be provided

**Desirable Requirements**
- Experience in operations management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities for coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a project-based environment.
- **A clean UK driving license is essential.**
