We pride ourselves on serving excellent coffee and wholesome food in a beautiful setting—and we’re now looking for a talented Head Barista to lead our coffee operation.

The Role:
As Head Barista, you will take the lead in delivering an outstanding coffee experience for our guests. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards in coffee preparation, training and mentoring the barista team, and supporting the overall management of the café floor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare consistently high-quality coffee and beverages
- Train, motivate, and lead the barista team
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and cleaned to a high standard
- Manage stock levels of coffee and related supplies
- Work closely with café management to ensure smooth service and an exceptional customer experience
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal drink offerings

About You:

- Minimum 2 years’ barista experience in a busy café or specialty coffee environment
- Passionate about coffee with strong knowledge of beans, brewing methods, and equipment
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- A love for hospitality and creating great experiences for customers
