**Position: Phone Operator**

**Core Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Receive incoming calls and route to appropriate department.
- Maintain and organize records of incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing department files.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing department supplies.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily supplies orders.
- Track daily inventory counts.
- Maintain and clean out front reception area.
- Maintain daily log for all outgoing phone calls.
- Other duties as assigned.
- manitncing staff mangment
- maintnaing vehcle mangament( repairs, compliance)
- problem solving
- driving a taxi

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- experience in a call center environment preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers.
- Knowledge of customer service procedures, customer satisfaction surveys, etc.. preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required. AS400 knowledge preferred but not required. SyteLine Transportation Management System experience preferred but not required (preferred but not required). Experience with AS400 or SyteLine preferred but not required (preferred but not required).
- Driving linence for over 3 years
- Clean crimnal records
- mangament skills

3 month probitaion period, once this is complates a salary review will begin to be along side nation living wage or more

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
