**The Role**

As a Barista at The Reserve, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional coffee and beverage experiences for our guests. From crafting speciality coffees to supporting the smooth operation of the lounge and restaurant, you will bring skill, warmth, and personality to every interaction, ensuring our guests start and end their day on the highest note.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages to the highest standards, including speciality coffees and teas.
- Provide exceptional, personalised service that reflects the luxury standards of The Reserve.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the coffee station and surrounding areas.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies, ensuring accurate rotation and replenishment.
- Support wider Food & Beverage service during busy periods, assisting colleagues as needed.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely, ensuring all machinery is maintained in good working order.
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Follow health, safety, and food hygiene standards at all times.
- Present yourself in line with uniform standards and be a true ambassador of The Reserve’s values.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a welcoming and approachable manner.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- A team player with flexibility to support across Food & Beverage operations.

**Experience & Skills**
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar guest-facing role is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and speciality beverages desirable.
- Strong understanding of health and safety and food hygiene practices.
- Willingness to undertake training and develop within the team.
