**Shift pattern: Monday to Friday - 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 / 22:00 - 06:00- Rotating weekly**

**Position Summary**

Are you ready to kick-start your career in the world of logistics? We have the perfect entry-level position for aspiring logistics professional.

We are looking for Logistics Operators to join our dedicated logistics department at our Nestle Waters & Premium Beverages site in Buxton, Derbyshire.

**A day in the life of a Logistics Operator**

Reporting to the Shift Manager you will support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Ensure high safety standards are adhered to maintain a safe working environment.
- Responsible for following inbound and outbound schedule by pallet retrieving, marshalling and loading pallets as per defined SOPs.
- Load or unload trailers by driving suitable MHEs through loading docks or loading bays
- Support with factory activities to achieve KPIs such as delivering packaging materials to the production line in a timely manner
- Approach work with a continuous improvement mind-set.
- Ensure high quality & GMP standards are met by effectively carrying out daily cleaning plan as per defined SOPs.
- The role will also require adaptability and flexibility as you may be required to work in different areas of the department and plant.

- No prior experience required We welcome individuals with a passion for logistics and a willingness to learn and develop in an automated warehouse.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience working towards safety standards.
- Ability to work toward performance targets.
- Preferable - Ability to operate all required MHE including Forklift Truck (e.g. Reach Truck, Counterbalance, T20) - if no license held inhouse training will be provided.
