Tenancy Coordinator duties:
**Arranging and facilitating all pre-tenancy compliance for let only portfolio
**Accommodate a seamless process for tenancy move in's
**Developing and maintaining strong relationship with clients
**Coordinating all end of tenancies for the let only portfolio
**Execution of legal documentation and overseeing deposit protections
**Assisting the head of property services

**Enjoy working as part of a busy and driven team
Up to £23k depending on previous experience
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
No weekends
