**Role Title**: Clinical Project Co-ordinator

**Reporting Line**: Clinical Project Director

**Location**: Bottisham, Cambs

**Employee Status**: Fixed-term, full-time or part-time

We are looking for someone to join our Clinical Project team as soon as possible on a fixed-term contract with potential to go permanent.

**Key Responsibilities**:
To support operational delivery of Clinical and Academic Projects.

Tasks and responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Assist with the training of site personnel using the company's proprietary software platform and CANTAB tests (including live training sessions)
- Support clinical project managers and data managers in delivering projects within assigned timelines
- Ensure equipment and software for projects are configured correctly, Quality Checked and shipped within required timelines.
- Drafting or review of project documentation e.g. user manuals, user reports, user requirements specification documents etc.
- Ensure quality documentation (SOPs, WI, Templates etc) are maintained and up-to-date
- Liaise with third party translation agencies to complete project translations and input into company’s software platform
- Input of contact and site information into the Company’s management system (NetSuite).
- Communicate with personnel at study sites under guidance to provide trouble shooting support and resolve issues (including technical).
- Maintain Trial Master Files for clinical studies ensuring documentation is complete and filed correctly.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent inter-personal skills and experience of working as part of a team
- Good organisational skills, and a methodical approach to working
- Experience of meeting tight deadlines
- Maintaining databases or system records
- High level of computer literacy
- Strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Experience within a customer-facing role.

**Desirable**:

- Basic understanding of HTML coding
- Experience of working on project-based tasks
- Psychology or Science Degree
- Experience in a similar role within Pharma or Science industry
