Senior Verification Engineer - The Netherlands

Business Line Radio Frequency Processing is enabling this by bringing automotive quality Radio and Radar System-on-Chips (SoCs) into the cars.

**Responsibilities**:
As Sr. Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- ensuring the quality of the security subsystem in our automotive SoCs.
- architect testbenches, define methodology, coverage plans, test plans and execute the tests.
- working with the designer and architect to understand the functional and performance goals of the security subsystem and the SoC project.
- evaluating design specs as they are written, conduct verification plan reviews, develop block level and SoC level security tests.

**Profile**:
To be successful in this role you have:

- M.Sc. / BSc. in electronic engineering or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience in SoC Verification.
- Fluency in verification languages such as Verilog, C and System Verilog.
- Experience in Formal Methodologies like setup and reuse of assertions,
- Experience in setup and execution of Gate Level Netlist simulation with back-annotated timing.
- Working knowledge of Perl/TCL/Bash/Python scripting.
- Knowledge on Design languages as Verilog, SystemVerilog and VHDL to actively participate in Debug Analysis.
- Knowledge of programming and verification of processing cores like ARM, Xtensa, Audio DSP is an advantage.

Furthermore, you have/are:

- good communication skills, team player, driver mentality, pro-active attitude.
- good networking skills, creative, motivating, curious, open-minded.
- able to identify and resolve complex issues. Structured and analytical thinking.
- able to look critical at design integrations to ensure a correct and robust working SoC.
- a fluent English speaker, speaking Dutch is an advantage.
- certified by ISTQB is an advantage
