Poised for furtherglobal expansion, they are keen to build upon their considerable investment in new products and capitalise on significant new market opportunities and are looking to appoint an Account Manager to help lead them through a period of tremendous change, opportunityand growth.
**The Role**
Working closely with blue chip manufacturing customers across the globe, you will be responsible for project delivery whilst building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships. Serving as the main point of contact for projects and related account managementthis is a hybrid role where you will be setting up project milestones, budget control and leading on project related meetings with customers whilst working closely with the engineering team. You will also be responsible for key customer accounts conductingregular review calls to ensure customer satisfaction from installation through to on-going support.
**The Person**
As a customer account manager, you will need to have an outgoing and positive attitude whilst managing expectations through building positive relationships. With at least 2-3 years previous experience in a Project/Account Management role, ideally within FMCGmanufacturing you will need to display strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as having the ability to interact well with all levels of the organisation, internally and externally.
