You will be highly motivated, efficient, organised and have a proven track record within a contact / call centre environment.

Person Specification:
You will have an organised approach with an ability to work under pressure without affecting the quality of service required.
Areas Responsibilities:
Answer all communication professionally and ensure all customers receive a “quality” service at all times.
Input all customer details onto the IT systems and ensure all related administration is completed in a timely and accurate manner following set company procedures.
Liaise with all other departments to ensure that all customers’ needs are attended to within the agreed timescale.
Personal appearance.
Time Keeping and absenteeism.
Any other reasonable duties as requested.

This is a fulltime position working 37.5 hours over five consecutive days, Monday to Friday. Overtime will be available.
