At SWAAY we are looking for experienced, committed and resilient Senior Therapeutic Residential Workers to continue to play a key role in continuing to provide specialised and tailored support to our vulnerable young people. As a Senior Therapeutic ResidentialWorker you will provide safe, nurturing and inclusive environments for our young people to find their voice and develop skills to needed to live a life free from abuse and harmful sexual behaviours.
Our team work to a 6 week rolling rota, including weekends and sleep in shifts, to provide consistency and ease of predictability in your shift patterns.
As a Senior, you will have previous experience working with young people in residential settings and it would be great if you already have a NVQ 3 in Children and Young People’s workforce, however if not we will fully support you to achieve this. We will alsosupport to you to achieve the Level 5 Management Diploma, plus pay 3 additional training hours per week.

**About Us**
SWAAY is a specialist provider of care for young males aged 11-18, with developmental trauma, attachment difficulties and who have perpetrated sexually harmful behaviour.
For over 30 years, we have been providing specialised, high-quality care designed to meet the needs of our young people across our residential, education and therapeutic services. We work to reduce the risk these young people pose, meet their complex needsand help them manage their physical and behavioural difficulties so they can leave their past traumas behind, build healthy relationships and lead responsible and rewarding adult lives.
We are well-established and respected in our field and aim to provide a safe, comfortable and inclusive home environment, tailored education and personalised therapy for each of our young people. We continually develop our expertise by contributing to knowledgeand research.

**Location**: Bracknell
**Salary**: From £23,000 per annum/£11.79 p/h (depending on experience and qualifications) + £35 sleep in allowance (£2,100 per annum) + 3 paid training hours per week to support NVQ completion
**Hours**: 3pm - 11pm, 10am - 11pm (weekends & school holidays), sleep in shifts (37.5 hours per week)
Full time and part time positions available
