Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Health Care Assistant to provide vital support to vulnerable adults in their own homes, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and some medical tasks. Your work as a Health Care Assistant is essential in ensuring client comfort and aiding in their recovery process.

Responsibilities: - providing personal care duties such as washing, dressing, bathing, toileting and medication monitoring and or assistant with these activities

Shopping and meal preparation

Supporting with domestic daily living tasks including cleaning

Helping service users to access the community, socialise and undertake leisure activities

Manual handling using equipment where required

Promoting service users’ health and wellbeing, independence and enabling them to live their life to the fullest

Maintaining appropriate records to meet the needs of the service, observing and promptly reporting changes or concerns in your service users circumstances or condition.

Treating service users with dignity and respect, communicating effectively to meet their diverse needs.

Requirements: - NVQ2 or willing to work towards a diploma in health and social care certificate. Be a driver and own your car.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
