**THE JOB**

We're hiring for a confident, well-organized, and personable individual to join our team as a Front of House Manager. Collaborating closely with our manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our salon while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that keeps our clients delighted.
- Working Pattern - Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday)_. Some Salons may also _require_ evenings, please enquire for further information._

**What you will be doing**:

- Provide every client with a warm and authentic TONI&GUY welcome, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they enter the salon.
- Maintain an impeccably organized and beautiful Front of House environment, creating a visually stunning space that reflects the high standards of our brand.
- Be an integral part of the team, readily available to assist salon staff with various tasks, such as providing refreshments or shampooing clients when needed.
- Take charge of stock orders, ensuring that salon supplies are well-stocked and ready for seamless operations.
- Stay on top of staff rota schedules, ensuring efficient scheduling and allocation of resources to meet client needs.

**We’d** love to meet someone with**:

- Previous experience in customer-facing an
- d administrative roles is a plus, bringing valuable skills in interacting with clients and managing salon operations.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to create positive connections with clients, staff, and management, contributing to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Organizational flair to keep the Front of House area tidy and visually appealing, ensuring a pleasant experience for our valued clients.
- Flexibility and a helpful attitude to assist the salon team with various tasks, including supporting staff, attending to client needs, and maintaining a cooperative work environment.
