**Job Title: Primary SEN Teaching Assistant**

**Location**: Milton Keynes - must be a driver due to location

**Job Type**: Full-time, Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £85 - £95 per day

**About Us**:
We are a specialist school in Milton Keynes dedicated to providing high-quality education and support to children with special educational needs (SEN). We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team.

**The Role**:
As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of primary-aged students with SEN. Working closely with teachers and other professionals, you will provide tailored support to ensure that every child can reach their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing one-to-one and small group support to primary students with SEN.
- Assisting with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
- Supporting students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
- Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Assisting with personal care and other practical tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational or care setting.
- Experience working with students with SEN is essential.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.
