Local Care Force are actively seeking motivated Support Workers who are focused on providing exceptional standards of person centred care.

As a Support Worker, you could be working in the following type of services; Supported Living, Mental Health Hospitals, Hostels, LD residential, Day Centres, Drug and Alcohol Rehab Centres, and Community work. You will be supporting adults/ younger adults/ adolescents with multiple learning difficulties, challenging behaviours and complex needs.

**Requirements of the Support Worker**
- Minimum of 6 months paid experience, within a care related environment in the UK, within the past 3 years.
- Experience in supporting and providing care for the vulnerable
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about making a difference to the people you support
