Clinton House is a small, family-run nursing home on the outskirts of Larkhall. We were established in 1992, have 24 beds and Care Inspectorate Grade 4’s. We follow a ‘whole home approach’ to deliver Dignified, Quality Care. Everyone on our team contributes to our Residents daily life ensuring that it is happy, fulfilling and most of all fun

Essential for this role:

- SVQ 2 or willingness to complete this award in line with SSSC Registration.
- Kind, Caring and Warm personality.
- Team Player.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Help serve and assist Residents with meals ensuring nutritional needs are met.
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities to promote mental well-being.
- Accompany individuals on outings or appointments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the individual's condition to relevant parties. (digital system)
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Work collaboratively with Nursing Teams - participating in review of care.
- Managing Keyworker Duties.
- Support Residents families.
- Liaising with multidisciplinary teams.
- Opportunity to undertake 'Champion' Role.
