We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join a premier team of at the, Royal Air Force (RAF), United Kingdom.

**What will be your primary role?**

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Base Realty Specialist responsible for planning, organizing and directing a complex realty program for the 422 Civil Engineer Squadron. This will include performing, applying, capturing, and accounting for funds used to accomplish complicated Air Force real property acquisition, military construction, minor construction, maintenance and repair, management, utilization, and disposal actions. You will perform a range of functions relating to the acquisition, management, and disposal of government real property and performing annual Existence and Completeness surveys for RAF Croughton and all Geographically Separated Units. In addition, you will be responsible for real property inventory maintenance, reporting, and data analysis, acquiring interest in real property and use rights involving a combination of complicating factors and determining the need for and taking actions to out-grant property. You will also be responsible for the disposal of excess buildings, facilities, systems, and infrastructure or land involving significant complicating factors such as historical and cultural concerns.

**What are the Key Skills required for this role?**

1. Knowledge of a wide range of complex real property principles, concepts, and practices; as well as agency, state, and local government procedures, and the appropriate statutes and policies.

2. Knowledge of property disposal policies and procedures, out-grant procedures, local market situations, and required documentation.

3. Knowledge of policies and procedures for real property documentation and records, as well as knowledge of common accounting and data analysis principles.

4. Skill in gathering, evaluating, and interpreting data to arrive at valid conclusions and offer meaningful recommendations.
