Hot Tubs Rock is a small family run business, based in Gloucestershire. We are an exceptionally entrepreneurial organisation, with a unique brand, and a very clear vision for growth over the years to come.
Out of two showrooms (Lydney and Evesham) we supply and install a range of hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, outdoor furniture and have recently opened a new department purely for interiors and gifts. Our mission is to ‘spread joy’ and to put a smile on the face of every customer
We are looking for a minimum of two team members who share our passion for all things indoor and outdoor living and who’s core values are to provide excellent customer service and to deliver an exceptional client experience. One would predominately be based in Lydney but would need to be able to travel to Evesham to cover and vice versa.
**Key Skills required**:
Must be able to work weekends
Must be willing to travel to both showrooms to cover holidays etc (Lydney and Evesham)
3 + years’ experience in a similar sales role
A good understanding of retail sales with a flair for home decor
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Sales driven attitude
Naturally self-directed, operate at a high cadence, and get stuff done with minimum supervision
High attention to detail.
Curiosity and desire to develop knowledge, skills and grow.
Be able to thrive with deadlines and work under pressure to a high standard.
