Working hours: Monday to Friday 13:00 - 21:00

As Cleaning Supervisor for Centre for Health Science in Inverness you’ll manage a cleaning team.

Your new role:
**What you'll do...**
- To effectively manage the cleaning team rota ensuring adequate staffing levels and fair distribution of work. Providing adequate supervision and instruction daily
- Manage the training and induction requirements for the cleaning team
- To operate always with safe working practices in regard to Health & Safety legislation, COSHH regulations and local waste management policies
- Manage stock levels ensuring adequate levels are maintained and ensure safe storage of chemicals
- Management and completion of risk assessments
- To carry out regular audits as set out in an audit timetable reporting on, and managing irregularities in conjunction with the Facilities Coordinator
- To ensure all online records, rotas & databases in connection with the cleaning function are always maintained and up to date
- To carry out any other duties assigned by the Management Team in connection with RFM’s operational requirements.
