**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Safely operate a van to deliver goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding delivery schedules and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered during transport.
- Assist in warehouse duties, including inventory management and organisation of stock as needed.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.

**Requirements**:

- Valid commercial driving licence with appropriate endorsements for van operation.
- Previous experience as a van driver or in a similar delivery role is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Experience in warehouse operations is advantageous but not essential.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 kg) as part of daily duties.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping.
- A proactive attitude towards safety and compliance regulations while driving.

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
