**Job Background**

Bryson exists to make the greatest difference to the greatest need. The Maximise Employment Navigator will engage:

- 1,200 hardest to reach economically inactive people in localities of multiple deprivation across Northern Ireland to deliver in community-based settings:

- 9,600 tailored, intensive, wrap-around, one-to-one support sessions up to 1hr long (i.e., average of 8 per beneficiary) including life and basic skills sessions i.e., digital, English, maths, ESOL
- 5,400 “check-ins” following employment. This will enable beneficiaries to gain and sustain employment and increase their skills levels to maximise their potential.

**Key Tasks and responsibilities**
- Work towards the project KPIs Ensure Bryson has a visible presence in your geographical area through development of links with local community networks and appropriate stakeholders
- Conduct initial assessment of clients to identify additional support/training needs required. Provide tailored service to meet individual needs as identified in the initial assessment.
- To regularly input and maintain all client data on the online customer case management system.
- Engage in team meetings, supervision, and regular reviews
- Design bespoke pre-employment programmes with employers.
- To achieve contractual key performance indicator (KPI), targets including supporting a minimum of 75 clients per year (600 total per year) to obtain a qualification, license, or skill.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum of 1 Years’ experience in a similar role either paid or unpaid
- 5 GCSE’s at grade C and above including English & Maths
- Full & clean drivers licence and access to a car

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 17 months

**Salary**: £27,403.00 per year
