Temp ongoing contract - pay rate £12.40 - 35hrs per week

**Main Responsibilities**:
Assess qualification documents and references received in support of conditional offers of study
Using the University-wide admissions system undertake administrative support to Selection Coordinators
Ensure working knowledge of University policies
Ensure compliance with external bodies related to admissions, i.e. UKVI
Respond to enquiries from applicants at all stages of the applicant journey to support progress
Build rapport with applicants, where the Faculty requires increased student numbers, to encourage registrations
Proactively promote the Faculty's portfolio of scholarships to relevant applicants
Record activity to communicate progress using agreed processes and procedures
To comply with standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
