**_Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Leader_**
- Assisting with food preparation
- Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests
- Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
- Overseeing deliveries
- Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
- Work with the team to achieve company targets.

Today, it still retains some etched glass and tiled paintings representing Shakespearean scenes from its past, but the elements of the traditional don't end there. Our wonderful food menu brings time-honoured British dishes into the present with little premium twists, from indulgent Sunday roasts to hearty pies, desserts and more. Our drinks range encompasses everything from local cask and craft ales to wines, spirits and artisan cocktails, making us the perfect spot for a bit of relaxation for shoppers, theatre-goers and tourists alike.
