Working Hours 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Salary £22,000 - £23,000 plus uncapped bonus - OTE £35,000

My client is an award-winning group of Financial services and technology companies, working with Financial advisers and their clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to contribute to the successful growth of their business, by identifying prospective Independent Financial advisors through market research and following our recruitment model.

You will be responsible for closing deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You should be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in professional Financial Advisers and developing business.

**Responsibilities**
- Contact Financial Advisers
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Desired Requirements**

**No experience is needed, we are looking for natural communicators who can enjoy working in a people focused environment, however please see below for a general guide to the skills and qualities we are looking for**
- Proven experience in a customer facing role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting targets or goals
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
