**Position**:
**Your New Role**

Are you qualified and experienced non - domestic energy & DEC assessor looking for your next move? Maybe you are currently self-employed and would like to work in a company that can provide support and the stability of a salary?

We have an established sales team that generates a steady stream of sites to survey; your responsibility would be to arrange and conduct the surveys and then produce the EPC certificates and reports. The role will involve advising clients on ways in which they can improve their EPC rating and provide advice on the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards. In addition, the role includes the production and renewal of Display Energy Certificates (DECs).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete non-domestic energy assessments and analyse findings
- Produce and renew Display Energy Certificates
- Deliver clients reports in a timely manner
- Issue Energy Performance Certificates and complete written reports
- Organise and plan surveys
- Use Designbuilder software to produce the EPCs (if no experience of this, training will be provided)

**Requirements**:
**Essential Criteria**:

- Level 4 qualification Non-Domestic Energy Assessor
- Have a full valid driving license and own car to use for surveys
- Willing to travel all over the UK in order to carry out surveys

**Desirable Criteria**:

- DEA and OCDEA
- DEC assessor
- Experience in using Designbuilder software
