As Trainee Estate Agent in this varied and exciting role you will learn the full sales process:

- Registering client details and requirements
- Updating clients and keeping in touch with them
- Sourcing and marketing potential properties to sell
- Showing clients around beautiful multi million pound properties in the Richmond area
- After full training you will become involved in negotiating offers to close property sales
- Enjoy the satisfaction of happy clients alongside the significant financial rewards of this role

What we are looking for:

- Someone who has great communication skills with a good telephone manner
- You should be motivated and keen to provide an exceptional professional service to clients from first contact through to successful property sale/purchase
- Someone who is eager to learn and comply with property legislation
- You must hold a UK driving licence
- Accuracy, numeracy and good attention to detail
- Local knowledge of Richmond or the surrounding areas would be an advantage
