Industrial & Commercial Billing Coordinator

**Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

**Location**: Nottingham, Office based role.

To support the Team Leader in motivating, developing and training the team to deliver all objectives and KPI’s.

**What We Need from Yü**:
**Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing**:

- Manage the (I&C) Industrial & Commercial Billing team and drive operational activity under the support of their line manager
- Represent the TL in business updates and meetings
- Responsible for all HH, large Gas and our Parent & Child accounts ensuring all are billed accurately and within SLA
- Holding welcome meetings with new I&C customers to ensure set up is as they expect and so billing will run without issues
- Providing dedicated billing support through the team to our I&C customer base
- Support the TL in delivering HR policies (121's/ Probation) Passports/ Return to Work/Letter of Concern/Employee Leave)
- Becomes a role model to peers, coaching/training the team
- Confidently promote effective communication with wider team and cross-departmental
- Create, compile and deliver reports to stakeholders
- Manage and support projects from end to end
- Develop key relationships across the organisation and with third parties
- Train new starters on processes and policies
- Seek improvements in working processes and practices

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Extremely organised with the ability to multitask and work under pressure whilst meeting deadlines
- Experienced - you’ve worked in the energy/metering industry and in a supervisory role managing a diverse team
- Experience of managing a team and driving them to meet their KPI’s but also not afraid to roll your sleeves up and help out in our busy periods
- Good attention to detail
- Sharp - Effective decision-making skills to manage technical workload and a thorough understanding of Operations energy processes
- Adaptable under pressure
- Team player - you enjoy working closely with a motivated team to help them develop
- Flexible - you’re a strong team player who can adapt as the role and business develops

- Analytical - naturally curious, immaculate attention to detail and a high degree of computer literacy included Excel, Word and Power Point
- Good understanding of Microsoft office, Junifer, Xoserve & data flows

- Qualifications - GCSE English & Maths (grade A-C) or equivalent
