Experience and responsibilities--_
- To oversee and manage the Brickwork & Masonry part of the project
- Coordinate and schedule the workforce
- Monitor quality control and productivity
- Communicate with the main contractor and address any issues
- Prepare and submit daily reports
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge and extensive Bricklaying experience
- Good organisation and management skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- The ability to read detailed plans and drawings
- Attending site meetings
- SSSTS Qualified
- Ensuring workers sign in and out
