About The Role
We are now looking for a Supervisor to be an ambassador of Roast & Bake Cafe by maintaining the high standards of the brand. To assist the Management Team in running the cafe effectively by maintaining high service standards, maximising sales while enhancing customer experience
You will be responsible for maintaining levels of services & lead by example to ensure the team demonstrate the highest standards of customer service, delivering a polite and respectful communication to colleagues.
Identify training needs within the Team in terms of product knowledge, sales opportunity and upselling and implement the necessary training program; evaluate, monitor & record the impact of the training provided

About You
You will be an experienced Barista with a passion for this industry, you will be fascinated by new products and will delight your customers with your product knowledge and expertise. Greeting customers with a warm and friendly reception, remaining attentive throughout their visit, and ensure that the team provides customers with a prompt and efficient service
A genuine “people person” with a passion for helping others succeed. You will constantly identify opportunities for improving customer service & communicate to the Management Team.
Ensuring that the Café reflects the highest standards of hygiene & maintenance, by adhering to the Company Food safety, Health & safety procedures, but also by reporting and following up on maintenance issues.
An out of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Conscientious with a relentless focus on delivering to the best of your ability from performance to standards to people and customer experience.
