**Implant Nurse & Treatment Coordinator**

The overall aim of this role is to attract new patients, retain existing patients, up-sell to existing patients, generate referrals and increase sales. This is done by creating brand awareness, a robust marketing system and consistently providing a 5 Star Customer Service journey.

**Treatment Coordination **Enable patient uptake of treatment plans through holding non-clinical consultations, following up patient enquiries. Provide competent support in ethical treatment selling process: from an initial patient consultation and presentation of treatment and payment options to organising appointments and patient finance and enhancing their dental experience, which will eventually lead them to have treatments carried out by our dentists. The journey continues during and after treatment has been completed, by ensuring we collect testimonials from the patients and asking for word-of-mouth referrals and promotion of our Membership scheme. This role will involve.
- Identifying improvements in the appointment diary and
- Provide case presentations to the patient following the dentist’s clinical presentation to go over the treatment and payment options
- Arranging FREE consultations for patients as soon as possible
- Taking the patient through our patient journey
- Digital photography
- Working closely with nurses and dentists to allow perfect handover of patients through all stages
- Going through treatment consent forms Acquiring video and written testimonials from patients with consent
- Active sales to our Membership Programme after treatment
- Organising gifts and thank you cards for patients
- Following up on patients who have not yet signed up for treatment
- Understanding and reporting on the sales pipeline
- Train Front of House Team for exceptional reception duties
- Offering a concierge service to all private patients by being their first point of contact
- Monitoring front of house systems to ensure we consistently provide a 5-star service.
- Training staff on telephony and customer service
- Using internal web forms to initiate follow up and closure
- Liaise with the referring practice and the patients who have been referred to us
- Convert Denplan Patients to Practice Plan
- Retain Existing Patients and build the existing list

**Marketing & Promotion**:Marketing is activities that we as a business carry out to enhance awareness of our brand and the services we offer. To maximise this, we use multiple channels to market our brand and create awareness of our products. Our main sources are website, social media, newsletters, You Tube, CRM software and word of mouth. It will be your principal objective to ensure that all our marketing channels are constantly updated monthly with relevant and fresh material and that all different sources are adequately tagged so we can effectively monitor which of our channels are the most successful. All this marketing activity is to improve brand awareness and will allow us to get patients through the door and increase sales and provide them with a 5 Star Customer Service Journey.

This role will involve.
- Monitoring and updating website
- Writing blogs and uploading new material
- Monitoring and updating all social media channels
- Regularly post fresh and relevant material onto these social sites
- Provide fresh material to put into monthly newsletters
- Gather video and patient testimonials/stories and promoting accordingly
- Gathering Facebook and Google reviews and adding them to our website
- Liaising with practice management to ensure we are receiving maximum return on ROI
- Promote the business to other businesses and patients (Local Business federation, Wedding Fairs.
- Arranging practice open and event days to promote certain treatments
- Deliver and monitor the Marketing/ workflow plan
- Report on monthly sales activities
- Training staff about customer service, new offers and all marketing activity

**Dental Nursing including Implant Nursing**:

- Assisting the dentist: You will work closely with the implant dentist during implant surgeries, providing the necessary instruments, materials, and equipment required for the procedure. You may also assist with patient management, ensuring their comfort and safety during the surgery.
- Sterilization and infection control: It's crucial to maintain a sterile environment during implant procedures to prevent infections. As an Implant Dental Nurse, you will be responsible for sterilizing instruments, preparing the surgery room, and following strict infection control protocols to ensure the safety of both patients and staff.
