Competitive salary depending on experience. This is a full-time office-based role in Harold Wood. As we are a retail business - this role will require you to work 40 hours a week, which can include Saturday’s.

**Job Opportunity**

Join us at this key stage in our online retail growth plan for the company. You will be part of an e-commerce and social media team that values and recognises the importance of development, whilst exploring a wealth of retail and technical challenges alongside promoting ProKit UK on all Social Media platforms.

**Your Role**
- Ensure that the website is up to date with new products/images and prices.
- Help develop our online presence, ensuring we remain commercial whilst delivering the best possible customer experience.
- Keep up to date with the latest e-commerce trends.
- Find commercial opportunities within our website analytics and statistics.
- Work with our buyers to maintain an accurate product representation, whilst considering product placement, descriptions, and features.
- Assist our Ecommerce Manager with exciting projects which will drive the user experience of our online store and increase profitability.
- Build & manage campaigns across our social media channels. This includes brand Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok accounts.
- Manage community engagement across social media channels and posting daily content.

**Experience**
- Excellent understanding of e-commerce, with previous experience in working in a digital/e-commerce position.
- Experience of e-commerce CMS is a priority, Magento/Adobe Commerce is preferred.
- Great excel skills are required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident to liaise with internal and external effectively.
- Reporting and monitoring website performance with a good understanding of Google Analytics & Search Console.
- A passion for content creation, video production, and social media marketing.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience with social media platforms and an understanding of what content performs well on each.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on, creative environment.
- Basic understanding of photo editing software, Photoshop & Canva.
- Basic understanding of video editing software, CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
