Reporting to our Group Head of Risk & Compliance, you will work closely with our Risk & Compliance Manager, creating and managing annual audit plans, conducting planned and ad hoc audits across the group, with a focus on policies, processes, and procedures. The role will require you to work closely with director level stakeholders and auditees to manage audit scope, findings, and action plans through to completion whilst maintaining high standards of record keeping.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create annual audit plan, carry out themed/department audits and ad hoc audits as required across the Group.
- Focus would be on process audits, measured against policies, processes and procedures whilst also identifying improvements and supporting the business areas to work more effectively.
- Work with stakeholders and auditees for audit scope, findings and action plans being managed through to completion.
- Appropriate record keeping, stakeholder management and relationship management skills.
