Join the Positive Choices team to break the cycle of domestic abuse by providing a bespoke programme of support and intervention services for perpetrators_**
As a Domestic Abuse Intervention Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our clients to make positive changes. You will manage a caseload of individuals, offering high-quality support tailored to their circumstances. We're seeking a solution-focused individual who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
**If you have**:
- Experience of supporting people with complex needs.
- An understanding of domestic abuse and its effects on those involved.
- A working knowledge of safeguarding.
- The ability to use a trauma-informed approach when working with clients.
