**A construction company is seeking a creative and driven SMM specialist to enhance our brand’s online presence and engage with our target audience. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing social media strategies and creating compelling content that reflects our company’s values.**
- Previous experience in SMM - from 1 year.
- Experience in the field of construction, interior designб, landscape, or real estate.
- Creativity, flexibility, integrity, a proactive approach, and initiative.
- Strategic vision, creative thinking, and clear communication.
- Advanced level of English.
- Ability to create video content using a phone, camera, and drone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage partial social media strategies for Fittra across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, that reflect our brand’s voice and values.
- Visit our construction sites regularly to film video content showcasing our current projects and the Fittra team in action.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to build strong relationships with our followers.
- Analyze social media performance and adjust content strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Track the latest trends in social media and construction marketing.
- Assist in planning and executing periodic paid social media campaigns to boost visibility and generate leads.
- Track and report on social media KPIs, such as engagement, follower growth, and website traffic.

**Work Conditions**:

- Fixed salary from £800 to £1200 + bonuses for achieving checklist goals.
- **Employment: Part-time or full-time.**:

- On-site presence is required 1-2 times per week; the rest of the time, work is remote.
