We’re looking for those of you who are self-motivated, excited by a challenge and ready to make an impact in our business. As part of the Bright Futures Programme, you will join our 18-month Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship that will drive you to fulfil your potential. We’ll encourage the development of your technical insurance knowledge within our Marine department enabling you to handle your own caseloads of claims.

**Responsibilities**

In this Apprenticeship role, we’ll support you to:
Deliver good customer outcomes and improve customer experiences across all our relevant Claims journeys
- Manage customer and third-party interactions in a friendly and efficient manner
- Deliver high standards of customer satisfaction, in line with processes & procedures
- Liaise with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Register or handle cases to progress claims in line with established standards
- Assess claims against relevant criteria and experience to identify any potential issues
- Use approved suppliers to ensure repair, replacement and supply of goods and services to customers and third parties

**The Individual**

You will need: 5 GCSE's including Maths & English at (Grade C or level 4-9), plus 96 UCAS points from A levels or equivalent.
