**Position Summary** We are currently looking to recruit a dedicated and empathetic **Support Worker / Personal Assistant (PA)** to work closely with individuals with **learning disabilities, mental health needs**, and those requiring **daily planning and personal assistance**. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support clients with **daily planning and organisation**, encouraging independence and confidence.
- Assist with **community engagement**, recreational activities, and appointments.
- Maintain clear and timely **records and documentation**:

- Uphold **confidentiality**, **safeguarding**, and dignity in all aspects of support
- Work collaboratively with families, coordinators, and health professionals to deliver quality care.
- Promote inclusion, **equality**, and respect for all clients.

**Requirements**:

- Experience supporting individuals with **disabilities, LD, or mental health** is highly desirable.
- Must be **fluent in English** with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of **equality, diversity**, and **human rights**.
- Awareness of **mental health** and **learning disability** support principles.
- A caring, proactive, and patient attitude.
- Flexibility to work across different days and times.
- A valid **enhanced DBS** (or willingness to apply).
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- **Drivers with their own car** are highly preferred (mileage paid).
