**Full Job Description**

**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- Responsible for teaching groups of 7 - 12 children on a weekly basis football and multi sports.
- You will be in charge of their training programmes and developing young footballers
- You will coach 1-1 training session for young footballers looking at strength’s and weaknesses of each player and how they can improve their game
- You will be shadowing highly experienced football coaches learning from them taking notes on how they deliver sessions and the content they deliver.

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**
The program will consist of online training, webinars, practical workshops and workplace visits from the tutor.

On completion you will achieve a level 4 sports coach qualification.

**What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?**
Full time position on completion and further progression with the sports company

**Working week**
The shifts will be between 8am - 6.30pm Monday to Fridays (varied hours)
Saturdays 8:30am - 1:30pm
Total hours per week: 30
