Based within our head office in London you will take responsibility for answering client enquiries, general office admin and representing the company at trade events when required. We are seeking someone who is highly organised, able to work under their own initiative and has strong communication skills.

What we are really seeking is someone who has a get up and go attitude, with an energetic flair and approach to work.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the marketing team in implementing various marketing plans and strategies.
- Help prepare domestic and international Trade Fairs and Sales Mission as required.
- Provide support in handling Ticket and FAM night requests (including handing out tickets at FAM nights)
- Produce weekly artwork list (internal and external)
- Send out file copies
- Traffic artwork
- Deliver tickets
- Help in preparing Power Point presentations
- Help manage front office (incoming calls, deliveries etc)
- Ensure that all marketing materials are well organized and stored, leaving the office space tidy.
- Help maintain accurate data on Concept Integrated System.

Knowledge and Skills Required

- Time management and organization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
