**About the role**

As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll be a key player in our retail operation team, working closely with Retail Store Managers and wider Retail Management Team. You will maximise shop sales, motivate a team of Retail Assistants and Floor Leads, and ensure that every customer who walks through our doors enjoys a world-class customer experience. With record visitor numbers, this is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where adaptability, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential.

**About you**

You are a leader with a strong background in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in fast-paced, target-driven retail environment and you thrive on motivating and coaching your team to perform at their best to achieve ambitious targets. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue to help fund the ground-breaking and world-renowned research the museum is doing to help protect our planet.

With a good understanding of visual merchandising and effective stock management, you will know how to create a visually appealing and inviting store environment that maximises sales. You will lead by example, bringing a proactive, hands-on approach and a positive attitude that fosters a high-performance, target-focused culture.

You will be highly organised and detail-oriented and excel at managing your time, prioritising tasks, and delegating effectively to keep things running smoothly and you are a true team player who takes pride in achieving results and helping others succeed.
