You’ll be joining a well-established team of around 25 people in our Teddington office, a group that thrives on teamwork, precision, and a shared commitment to doing things right. The pace can be lively, but the results are rewarding: every task you complete helps people get paid accurately and on time.

**The Role**

We’re looking for an Administrator who takes pride in being organised, thorough and dependable. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our operations team, ensuring payments are processed correctly, data is accurate and clients always receive exceptional service.

You’ll report to a senior administrator or manager, working collaboratively within the team while also managing your own workload with confidence.

No prior experience with Merit Software? Don’t worry, we’ll provide full training to get you up to speed.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

You’ll handle a variety of important payment and administrative tasks, including:

- Answering and returning calls from clients and workers with professionalism and care
- Contacting new operatives to introduce our business and guide them through registration
- Running due diligence checks before adding information to our system
- Importing new operatives into our bespoke database
- Processing client contract remittances and producing invoices
- Running daily payments and pay adjustments
- Supporting weekly reconciliations and rolling the system forward

**Who We’re Looking For**

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

- Has strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Takes pride in accuracy and getting things right the first time
- Has experience in CIS, finance, or administration (helpful, but not essential)
