Waking Nights

WE SUPPORT are a supported living provider. We Support young adults with leaning disabilities and complex needs, in their own home.

Hours = 30.5 hours approx based on 3 week rolling rota, working **8pm - 9am**

week 1 = Mon, Sat, Sun

week 2 = Thurs, Fri

week 3 = Tues, Wed

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
- Help individuals develop and maintain independent living skills
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status to appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to create and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of individuals
- Patience and understanding in challenging situations
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes

Pay: £12.00 per hour
