**Key Responsibilities**:

- Taking new sales orders over the phone
- Answering customer enquiries about their pending orders
- Coordinating across different departments within the Commerce division to acquire information and status of a customer’s order
- Helping customers to adjust or cancel their online orders
- Processing requests for orders returns and communications
- Advising customers on their product enquiries, suggesting supplementary or substitution choices
- Replying to customers’ reviews and feedback
- Working with the rest of the team to improve and update the Support Knowledge Base portal, scripts and other documentation across the website.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Experience working in a customer service role is desirable, but not essential - the training on the tools and processes will be provided.
- 1+ year experience in customer-facing roles in either customer services, retail, hospitality or food & beverage businesses.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening skills, ability to take criticism without taking it personally
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Proactive “can-do” attitude, ability to be flexible and find solution that satisfies customer
