Hybrid Working 50% in Hemel Hempstead and 50% Remote

**Key Responsibilities**
- Using modern web technologies and methods to analyze and improve the performance, usability and security of our software.
- Writing clean, reusable code on both the backend and frontend.
- Designing back-end database structures, with a focus on performance, and an awareness of data security and data protection principals.
- Providing support and feedback to other developers within the team, sharing your knowledge during pair-programming sessions and daily standups.
- Working with the lead developer to aid in coordination of the team’s workload, using Kanban agile methodologies to ensure the team remains focused and on-target with deliverables.

**About You**

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Experience working with and developing APIs
- Strong experience with ASP.NET C#, Razor, MVC, HTML, CS, JavaScript, jQuery and React, or a similar front end framework
- A good understanding of SOLID principles and agile methodology
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for writing high quality software and a keenness for exploring new technology.

**Desirable**:

- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud
- Knowledge of Git or a similar source control system
